When it comes to property, expertise and experience matter. Why is that? Real estate and personal property valuation is no easy task, it's actually very difficult. For an example, just look at the assessment difficulties of the past few years here in Carbon County. Generating fair, accurate assessments requires a high degree of sophistication. Endless factors affect property values, and when they are identified and analyzed properly, it can lead to credible, fair results. I have been valuing property for over 30 years as a certified general appraiser, and recently received my SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute (see picture below). This designation took over five years to earn. My experience and background are invaluable assets that will allow me to provide the proper analysis of the subject property, environmental factors, market trends, data selection, supply and demand, condition estimates, quality determinations, and all other factors that affect property values. I am fully trained in commercial and residential appraisal methods, and have appraised thousands of properties over my career.
